Return Policy for DIRECT SALES from www.ezrainstitute.ca or www.ezrapress.ca

Ezra Press offers a 30-day return policy for items in brand-new condition. Customers must cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged during shipping. Proof of the item's condition may be required before processing the refund. Returns are only accepted from the original purchaser.
